On organise une matinée d'acupuncture communautaire à la clinique pour rendre ce soin plus accessible à tout le monde dans NDG.

De 10h à 13h, notre acupunctrice Ylan Hoang proposera des séances de groupe en utilisant le protocole NADA (5 points dans l'oreille). C'est une technique super efficace pour aider le système nerveux à relaxer et à sortir du mode "stress".

Pourquoi venir nous voir ?
Le NADA aide vraiment à calmer l'anxiété, à mieux dormir et à relâcher les tensions physiques ou émotionnelles. C'est l'occasion idéale d'essayer l'acupuncture ou simplement de s'offrir une heure de calme dans l'une de nos chaises hyper confortables.

Acupuncture for $20? Join us on June 7. ?

We’re hosting a Community Acupuncture morning at the clinic to make these treatments a bit more accessible for everyone in NDG.

Our acupuncturist Ylan Hoang will be doing group sessions from 10am to 1pm using the NADA protocol. It’s a 5-point ear treatment that's great for shifting the nervous system out of "fight or flight" and into a more relaxed state.

How it helps:
NADA is really helpful for easing anxiety, improving sleep, and just processing general stress or "heaviness." You’ll have up to 60 minutes to just sink into a comfy chair and breathe in a quiet, shared space.

Cost: $20 (Flat—no tax, and we provide insurance receipts).
Who: Everyone is welcome, including kids.
Space: We only have 12 spots to keep things peaceful.
